Results walk themselves to your desk.
We clip a sign to every net. Players scan it and score from their phone. Your desk sees every court on one screen. Your first event is free, and we run it beside your paper.
One operator. Up to 16 courts. No app, no accounts, no ads.
It replaces the court number you already make.
Every pop-up event hand-makes court numbers. Ours does that job better: a number you can read from fifty feet, a strap that clips to the net corner in seconds, and a code at the bottom that opens the scoreboard for that court. Off in seconds when the nets come down. The stack travels in the net bag.
Scan the sign, score from the phone.
Players score from the phone browser. Rec or official side-out scoring. Games to 11, 15 or 21. Best of one or best of three. Every score goes to one layer, and that layer feeds your desk, the courtside board and the public link at the same moment.
Every court on one screen.
Live scores move on their own. Finished matches drop into a results feed with the time. Your desk types the result into your bracket software from this screen.
Which court is my kid on?
A public board for the event shows which court every match is on. Parents stop asking the desk. Optional, off by default, one link.
Registration. Brackets. Seeding. Scheduling. Referees. DUPR.
Your system runs the tournament. We make the court report to your desk. Nothing is replaced, and nothing is required from your players beyond a phone that can open a web page.
How it works, step by step.
- 1You send a date and your court count. Text or email is fine.
- 2We confirm within a day and ask for your court numbers.
- 3Before the event we print signs that match your numbers, plus one banner for the desk.
- 4Event morning we clip the signs to your nets while your crew sets up. About ten minutes.
- 5We put a screen on your desk showing every court.
- 6Players scan and score. Anyone who does not want to can keep using paper.
- 7Your paper score sheets keep running all day. Nothing about your process changes.
- 8When the nets come down we remove the signs and the desk screen leaves with us.
- 9Within 48 hours you get a short after-action note with what we measured.
One operator on site. Up to 16 courts on one site. No contract.
The pilot event costs you nothing.
The software is free during our pilot program; the court kit is available for a one-time fee of $79, shipping included.
No contract. No accounts for players. No advertising on any court surface, ever. We keep anonymized telemetry. We never quote your event without written approval.
Why the first event is on us.
We are field-validating the system with a limited number of operators. We measure our workflow alongside yours, and the numbers decide what happens next. There is no contract, and we replace nothing during the pilot.
Send the date and your court count.
That is all we need to start.
