01What does it cost?
The software is free while the product is in its pilot phase, with no time limit and no obligation. The court kit (signs, venue key card, and setup guide) is available for a one-time fee of $79, shipping included.
When v1 launches, pilot venues get founding terms locked in first, agreed with you before anything changes. You are never billed automatically.
02How long does install take, and who does it?
We do it. About an hour for your whole venue, including a staff walkthrough.
Signs mount damage-free with zip ties or removable strips and are removed on request. No drilling, no installer, no downtime.
03Do players need to download an app?
No app, ever. Scoring and spectating both run in the phone's browser.
Scan the QR on the sign, score the match, share the live link. No downloads, no signups.
04Which sports do you support today?
Pickleball, with full standard scoring.
Tennis is next on our roadmap, and pilot venues get early access when it's available. Running a mixed use facility? Start on your pickleball courts today.
05Who owns the data from my courts?
Players do not hand over personal information to score or watch a match. Spectator links show scores only, and the final result stays viewable at the link after the match ends.

06What happens if a sign breaks?
We replace it, free, during your pilot.
The sign is fully passive with no electronics inside, so there is nothing to maintain. The most common issue is a player drawing on it with a Sharpie.

The software is free of charge during our pilot program; the court kit is available for a one-time fee of $79, shipping included. Once the signs are mounted, your courts are live. If you would prefer an on-site walkthrough instead, mention it in the message field and we will schedule a visit.
